Honestly, what this reveal made me think is that the WiiU will be my secondary console. Unless MS comes out and flat out states, " you can play your games on other consoles and people can log in to your system with their handle and play your game FOR NO CHARGE." Then there is no way I'm getting one.

The real burning question is how much will LIVE be? Since its not b/c can u use same live account in 360 as Xbox one? Or will you have to buy two seperate subscriptions. Also, what % of the new games are kinect games? Is a game tied to your system? Can you play a game then go to buddies house and play it?
I hope ms comes out with their own version of games. The reason I'm leaning towards Sony is for infamous, uncharted, killzone, little big planet, etc. I'm all about the games. Let the kids post screenshots to instagram. I want GAMES.

I agree. I used to run out and buy the next new game back when this gen started. Learned my lesson the hard way. Now, I only buy those games that I have researched and followed closely. In 2007 or 2008 I always had 2-3 games pre-ordered at any given time.This year I have the last of us and infamous second son. That's it. Honestly, a lot of devs are bloated and churning out the equivalent of summer popcorn movies. All flash no substance. I, for one, prefer lesser big budget affairs and enjoy movies like the kings speech. Quality acting and story married with superb writing.

Yeah that's pretty much what I'm gonna do. Reason being Sony has booko games releasing with the 4. I'm not gonna need my 3 unless some stellar new game comes out on 3 only. With devs saying how easy the 4 is to code for I see the majority putting all their assets towards the new system.

Agreed. I just pray to God they got rid of the monotony that plauged the series lately. In AC3 the game was so boring aside from the frontier. Make combat harder, stealth play a big part and great set pieces and my faith will be restored and I will gladly fork over 60 bones. Arg.

You are exactly correct. No one is getting bullied here. Its all business. Retailers and publishers have a good relationship and they both want to maximize profits. This isn't the junior high schoolyard, where one person is beating up another for money.

What if I take the game to buddies house so he can try it out? Will he have to pay? I trade games with friends all the time. This would be a huge deal breaker.
